Our team are fundamental to the business and the service we can provide to our clients. We all have the same goal, to provide meaningful advice to everyone we work with and make dealing with accountants more enjoyable and less daunting. We care about our team and they care about our clients. At GTP we operate a four-day working week to ensure an adequate work life balance for our people which makes for a happier more productive work environment for all. Obviously, we are on the end of the phone if there was an urgent need for assistance.

I could tell you all about how I’ve worked in varying size accounting firms and have an extensive skill set from business start-ups, advisory and financial reporting as well as the many different industries that I’ve worked in.
The long and the short of it is that I am a highly passionate Accountant that loves what I do and I want to use that passion and drive to help others to grow their business, keep their businesses successful or plan their retirements.

Having qualified and gained my experience at a top 5 firm, I have experience of working with a range of clients from owner managed businesses through to larger groups. I want to use the knowledge and tools learnt to benefit my clients. My aim is to help businesses and individuals succeed by helping them understand their financial data and provide meaningful information to assist in making informed business decisions.
With a range of technology available in the market, GTP utilises this through a mix of business advisory and compliance to meet the expected service level of our clients. By getting to know clients and their aspirations, we are well placed to offer a service to match a range of needs.
Juliet | Practice Manager
Having worked in the Client Services industry for 10 years now I have experience in a range of industries and company sizes, from Start-ups to much larger business including international companies with multiple entities.
With a passion for Company Secretarial work, my goal is to specialise in this area in the future to support Client’s throughout their business journey and build relationships to become a trusted partner for every step.
I am excited to be the Practice Manager for GTP as we have a personal ‘hands-on’ approach with each client which is different to any business I have worked in previously. I also work alongside the team internally so they can deliver the proactive service that we strive for.

Working in accountancy since leaving school has provided experience across both practice and industry, supporting businesses of all sizes. Over the years, this has developed into a strong understanding of the challenges business owners face and the importance of having reliable financial information to support confident decision-making.
Building long-term relationships with clients is one of the most rewarding aspects of the role. Taking the time to understand each business, its goals, and its challenges helps ensure that advice and support are practical, relevant, and valuable. From VAT returns and management accounts to annual accounts and day-to-day queries, the focus is always on finding solutions that work.
I pride myself on being friendly and approachable, ensuring clients feel comfortable picking up the phone or sending an email whenever they need support. As part of the team at GTP, there is a genuine commitment to helping clients succeed, and supporting businesses as they grow and achieve their ambitions is one of the most rewarding aspects of the role.
Alex | Manager
I joined the accountancy profession in 2015 and have built my career supporting businesses and individuals with their accounting, tax, and compliance needs. Since qualifying with ACCA in 2023, I have developed extensive experience working with clients across a wide range of industries, helping them navigate challenges, meet their obligations, and make informed decisions with confidence.
My approach is friendly, proactive, and client-focused. I enjoy building strong relationships and taking the time to understand each client's goals, so I can provide practical advice and solutions that genuinely add value. Whether I am helping to resolve a complex issue, answering day-to-day questions, or supporting clients through important business decisions, I aim to make the process straightforward and give clients the reassurance they need to focus on what they do best.
Becca | Accounts & Admin Trainee
After 15 years of self-employment, I decided in 2024 to take on a new challenge and begin a career in accountancy. Running my own business gave me valuable insight into the realities of managing finances, meeting deadlines, and balancing the many demands placed on business owners.
I am currently studying towards my AAT qualification and am delighted to be part of the GTP team. Helping clients reduce the stress associated with financial administration and ensuring they have the information and support they need to make confident decisions is one of the most rewarding aspects of the role. Working alongside the experienced professionals at GTP allows me to continue developing my knowledge while delivering the personal service that clients value.

Where to begin! I have spent many years working in the Tax industry for small, medium and large firms. Throughout this time my passion for tax has evolved and I take the greatest pleasure in making complex and technical matters understandable and attainable for clients.
At the heart of everything I do, are my clients and their goals. The company business ethic of providing an on the ground, approachable, genuine and dependable service to clients is exactly why I love what I do!
