Companies House Price Increase - February 2026 Update
What will I now be paying?
As of 1st February 2026, Companies House have increased their fees for some of their services as part of their largest reform to cover costs and help implement additional security measures. The fee increase will affect Limited Companies as well as Limited Liability Partnerships, Overseas companies, community interest companies and other incorporation types.
Digital Filing includes all electronic methods including Companies House WebFiling, Software or the Find and Update Company information service.
